How much does it cost when I do hire?
 

Our fee is a straightforward flat placement fee per hire. We discuss this openly during your initial call so there are no surprises. Contact us directly for current pricing — it's very competitive compared to traditional agency rates of 15–25% of first-year salary.

How long does the process take?
 

Your ad typically goes live within 24–48 hours of our initial call. Screening and training takes 1–2 weeks depending on applicant volume in your market. Most dealerships receive their first shortlisted candidates within 2–4 weeks of starting the process.

What if a placement doesn't work out?
 

We offer a 90-day re-placement guarantee. If a placed candidate doesn't work out within that window for reasons within our scope (performance, fit, etc.), we replace them at no additional placement fee.
